Dave & Lori arrive
and help Eric set up the tent.
Unfortunately, Eric
hammered one of the stakes
into an underground wasps nest.
Eric managed to get stung three times.
These were his first ever bee stings.
I missed the show but I hear watching Eric run in circles, at full speed with his arms
flailing in all directions
was a classic slapstick scene.
(Pretty funny for all but Eric.)
The four men set out to kill the rest
of the bees with a shovel and an improvised blow torch made from WD-40 and
a lighter.
The Uncles teach Evan the art of
playing with fire.
Later that night we made a bonfire with the blackberry clippings. |
