This is the basics of physical therapy treatment.
We set up a customized home program, monitor and update the program and during each visit.
Doing your exercises each day allows you to continue your healing at home.
Our ultimate goal is to make you independent.

BACK STRETCHES:

  • PELVIC TILT
  • FLEXION
  • EXTENSION
  • HAMSTRINGS
  • SPINAL TWIST

NECK STRETCHES:

  • ROTATION
  • SIDE BEND
  • CHIN TUCK

NECK AND UPPER BACK STABILIZATION:

  • BALL PROGRAM
  • FOAM ROLLER

WRIST AND FOREARM STRETCHES:

  • ROTATION
  • GOLFER’S ELBOW
  • MOUSE STRETCH

SHOULDER STRETCHES:

  • PENDULAR

ANKLE AND KNEE PROGRAM:

  • HEEL STRETCHES
  • KNEE BASICS
  • KNEE AND HEEL PAIN
